Oligonucletides are short, single-stranded synthetic DNA or RNA sequences that are used in a variety of molecular biology applications such as polymerase chain reaction (PCR), DNA sequencing and molecular cloning. Our oligonucleotides are produced in ISO 8 cleanrooms according to the clients’ specifications and with quick turnaround times. All oligos are verified by ESI mass spectrometry prior to shipping ensuring the quality of each synthesis. We offer a wide range of modifications and different synthesis scales ranging from 0.05 µmol to 1 µmol for oligos of up to 100 bases.

ALScreen – GMO Detection is a premium quality molecular biology solution to provide the general laboratory and research personnel an easy and quick ready-to-use kit for the detection of GMOs. The kit combines the gold standard screening method, based on the detection of the CaMV 35S promoter and the NOS terminator genes by Real-Time PCR, described on ISO 21569:2005, with the detection of FMV promoter.
