Oligonucletides are short, single-stranded synthetic DNA or RNA sequences that are used in a variety of molecular biology applications such as polymerase chain reaction (PCR), DNA sequencing and molecular cloning. Our oligonucleotides are produced in ISO 8 cleanrooms according to the clients’ specifications and with quick turnaround times. All oligos are verified by ESI mass spectrometry prior to shipping ensuring the quality of each synthesis. We offer a wide range of modifications and different synthesis scales ranging from 0.05 µmol to 1 µmol for oligos of up to 100 bases.

ALScreen - Allergen Screen for Hazelnut kit
ALScreen – Allergen screen for Hazelnut provides a Real-Time PCR method for detecting Hazelnut (Corylus avellana) DNA in food, feed and environmental samples. The method relies on the amplification of species-specific DNA. Amplification detection is based on Taqman technology, i.e., the fluorescence issued is detected upon degradation of the hydrolysis probe during PCR reaction.
